The PHYSICIAN CEO® program is designed to equip physicians with the knowledge and skills needed to be effective CEOs and to oversee the practice administration. Most physicians do not have the time, nor want, to be the practice managers. But they must be the CEO. The CEO provides the leadership to ensure that each and every member of their team – from the practice administrator, CFO, bookkeeper, co-management teams, and staffers – all understand their vision, their values, and their goals, to effectively execute their jobs accordingly.
