In one word, my experience at the PHYSICIAN CEO™ program at Kellogg has been “Transformational”.

It began with a change from within, which allowed me to hone in on leadership and team building skills. It has continued with practical negotiation and conflict resolution abilities. The transformation has continued to a re-branding of my practice, and applicability of concepts internally and externally when dealing with finances, administration and national societies.

But most importantly, it has given me the opportunity to meet amazing like, and not so like-minded, colleagues and professors with diverse backgrounds who have enriched my life experience. I believe the most important reward for the time spent will be the lifelong friendships that have already developed, with all of us having the common goal of learning concepts not taught in Med School, in an impressive learning environment.
